Samir Karim retiring after 23 years of service to Michigan Medicine

Samir Karim is retiring on June 29 after 23 years of service to Michigan Medicine. Samir joined the organization in 1995 as a hospital planner in Facilities Planning & Development. Samir was involved in the planning with all the major health centers such as Brighton, Livonia, Canton and Northville. He was also involved in the planning of the Frankel Cardiovascular Center and the Children’s and Women’s hospitals. His vast knowledge and presence will be dearly missed.

A retirement celebration will be held on Thursday, June 28 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. at the Facilities Planning & Development office, 2101 Commonwealth Blvd., Suite B, room 1462. Light refreshments will be served. Please join us in wishing Samir well is his retirement!
