Kids can do fitness activities and build other important skills through Camp Little Victors.

School’s out for the summer, meaning you may be looking for something fun for your kids to do!

If so, C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital has the perfect idea: Camp Little Victors — a virtual summer camp for youngsters.

For six weeks beginning July 9, thousands of participants will receive a weekly email full of enjoyable summer ideas from the team at Mott.

From rainy day activities and kid-friendly recipes to summertime safety tips, each week’s activities are designed to help your family have a blast.

The camp includes activities in the following categories:

  • Arts and crafts: Participants will get creative with paint, scraps, nature and more!
  • Fitness and motor skills: Last year, kids played a Do It Yourself Ball Toss game and Fitness Jenga, among other activities. Organizers will let you know what’s in store this year!
  • Food and recipes: Kids can learn how to make delicious homemade foods using seasonal vegetables and other summer favorites.
  • Science and math: Who says learning can’t be fun? Try your hand at experiments and educational games!

The camp is a virtual camp — meaning there is no set location for participation. Do the activities at your own pace, whenever and wherever you choose!

The first 2,000 campers to sign up will also receive a complimentary camp t-shirt. Shirts will be mailed at the end of camp.

Keep in mind, if you signed up last year, you are automatically signed up for this year’s program. Watch for an email inviting you to update your registration for your preferred camper shirt sizes.
