“Every month, these companies offer new webinars that faculty, staff and students can attend for free as part of U-M’s subscription. Topics include everything from applications, security, internet, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, cloud and much more,” said Dave Roberts, director of IT strategic planning at Health Information Technology & Services. “These can also be great resources for HITS employees when it comes to RFP development, IT benchmarking, tracking trends, developing IT service strategies and technology planning.”
