‘Move more’ at wellness event next week

All Michigan Medicine faculty, staff and visitors are invited to stop by the Towsley Triangle on Tuesday, April 24 for a wellness event that features something for everyone!
“Move More,” hosted by MHealthy and the Frankel Cardiovascular Center, will help participants start (or celebrate) their journey toward a healthy lifestyle.
Attendees will be able to:
- Take part in a mini-MHealthy chair exercise or standing yoga class
- Register for the Washtenaw County Heart Walk
- Purchase a “Heart Heroes” t-shirt
- Get some freebies for stopping by!
The event will take place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. See you there!
