Time is running out to get up to $220 in incentives for learning about your health and taking action to maintain or improve it. Benefits-eligible faculty and staff have until April 20 to qualify through the MHealthy Rewards program.

To get started:

  • Step 1:  Register for Rewards by taking the five-minute, confidential StayWell health questionnaire. Registering by April 20 qualifies you for a fitness center membership reimbursement worth up to $120.
  • Step 2:  Earn points by completing eligible health and well-being activities. Accumulate 100 points by Oct. 19 to earn $100.

For every month from now until October that you verify payment toward a fitness center membership, you will earn a $12 credit. Verify up to 10 months to earn up to $120. Eligible facilities include health clubs, gyms, community centers, and yoga, Pilates, spinning, barre and CrossFit facilities.

Once registered for Rewards, you can also earn points for completing eligible health and well-being activities. Earn 100 points to earn $100. Activities are worth 25, 50 or 100 points each and must be completed by Oct. 19.

Eligible activities cover a variety of health areas, including managing health conditions, stressing less, moving more, managing weight, quitting tobacco or drinking less alcohol.

Register for MHealthy Rewards and view a complete list of eligible activities, their point values and completion criteria on the StayWell Portal, which can be accessed from the MHealthy Rewards site.
