Workshops offer support for caregivers
Do you spend at least 10 hours per week helping a family member or friend with finances, emotional support, legal issues, physical care or activities of daily living?
Join Caregiver PATH (Personal Action Toward Health), a free, interactive six-week workshop designed to help faculty, staff and their families deal with the daily challenges of caring for a loved one. Each workshop is evidence-based and led by certified leaders.
At the workshops, learn to:
- Manage your stress
- Manage your loved one’s difficult behaviors
- Get the help you need from others
- Communicate better with family, friends and the health care team
