The child life team at Michigan Medicine.
In celebration of National Child Life Month, please join Michigan Medicine’s Child and Family Life Department in viewing the webinar “What Patient Experience Can Learn from Child Life Professionals,” presented by The Beryl Institute.
The webinar will be held in the Ford Auditorium on Thursday, March 29 from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Learning objectives will include:
- Understanding the core ideas of the child life profession.
- Understanding the value and impact of child life practice on the health care experience.
- Reviewing how child life practices can inform broader patient experience efforts.
- Discussing considerations for action in implementing child life ideas into the patient experience.
