Free grocery distribution set for Wednesday

Members of the Michigan Medicine community are invited to join the U-M Food Access Task Force for the final free grocery distribution of the school year on Wednesday, March 21!

Stop by the Trotter Multicultural Center (1443 Washtenaw Ave.) from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. and fill a bag with groceries such as fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, bread, pastries and more. Paper bags will be available, but you may bring any size bag of your own.

The groceries are completely free courtesy of Maize & Blue Cupboard. The event is hosted by Maize & Blue Cupboard, Central Student Government, the U-M Sustainable Food Program and Planet Blue.
