Changes to pager-related services take effect Tuesday

Changes to pager-related processes will go into effect on Tuesday.

Beginning Tuesday, March 20, members of the Michigan Medicine community who need a variety of pager-related services need to be aware of some important changes — depending on when, where and what assistance is needed.

The changes will affect you if:

• You need to replace an existing pager that is lost or malfunctioning.

• You need to add/remove paging GROUPS on an existing pager.

• You need to request a new (original) pager.

• You need to pick up a new (original) pager after it has been requested.
