This week, Headlines focused on employees who both inspire and aspire.

First, team members learned details of the upcoming Employee Engagement Survey, which will inspire the organization to make improvements in the years ahead. Then, faculty and staff were lauded with gold medals or Making a Difference awards for their efforts to enhance patient care, education and research. Also featured was a new, paid professional development program designed to help employees represented by the AFSCME union take their career to the next level.

Monday is the first day that faculty and staff can fill out the 2018 Employee Engagement Survey, which is a longstanding tradition at Michigan Medicine.
