Healthy Eating Tip of the Month to help you stick to resolutions

January 2, 2018  //  FOUND IN: Updates & Resources

With every new year, many people resolve to set goals with the hope of bettering themselves in some way. Too often, though, these goals are abandoned after just a few weeks or months. Most people fall off the resolution bandwagon, not because of a lack of motivation, but more so because the goals are not specific enough, they cannot be measured or they are unrealistic compared to where the individual’s starting point is.

Come visit the Healthy Eating Tip of the Month display in the UH Cafeteria to learn how to make a New Year’s Resolution that you can stick to this year.

The display offers handouts on healthy eating, physical activity, how to read a nutrition label and creating your own S.M.A.R.T. goals. Additionally, you can enter to win a healthy eating cookbook!
