Reminder: Register now for special lecture on refugee, migrant child health

Registration is now open for the 11th annual Susan B. Meister Lecture in Child Health Policy sponsored by the Child Health Evaluation and Research (CHEAR) Center. This year, CHEAR will welcome Curi Kim, M.D., M.P.H., the director of the Division of Refugee Health in the Office of Refugee Resettlement at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Kim will speak on the topic of “Refugee and Migrant Child Health: Updates and Opportunities.”

Introductory remarks will be given by Kelly Orringer, M.D., FAAP, the director of the Division of General Pediatrics and Shrina Eadeh, LMSW, the director of Resettlement Services for Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County.

This lecture is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
