Monthly radiation dosimeters due

Monthly radiation dosimeters (“badges”) are due for exchange today, Nov. 1.

Please return your October dosimetry to your departmental dosimetry contact and retrieve your November dosimetry. The wear period is printed on the front and back of the dosimeter. Quarterly dosimetry wearers should keep and wear their dosimeters through the end of December.

On-time return of dosimetry enables timely reporting of results and improves departmental compliance with university and Michigan Medicine dosimetry policies.

Dosimetry results are sent to departmental dosimetry contacts and supervisors shortly after release by the dosimetry processor. If you wish to review your dosimetry results, contact your departmental dosimetry contact or supervisor.
