Four units earn hand hygiene compliance honors

Congratulations to the faculty and staff of 4A, 5B, 7B and the Medical Short Stay Unit Blue, who were all recently named the organization’s top performing units for hand hygiene compliance in October!

Those four units will be presented with a treasure chest filled with goodies by Infection Prevention and Epidemiology and be added to IPE’s honor roll.

Other units to make the honor roll last month include: 5C, CVC operating rooms, 6C, TBICU, UH operating rooms, 7C, 5D SICU, 10E PICU, 5A, MSSU Maize, 7D CICU, Children’s Emergency Services, 7A, SSS/CSR, 4B, Mott PACU, 4D Neuro ICU, 10W PCTU and Respiratory Care.
