Dr. Johann Gudjonsson named Arthur C. Curtis Professor

This October, Johann Gudjonsson, MD PhD was installed as the Arthur C. Curtis Professor of Skin Molecular Immunology. This endowed professorship was established in 2008 and is named for former U-M Dermatology Chair, Dr. Arthur C. Curtis (1942-1967). At the professorship ceremony, Dr. Gudjonsson was praised as a highly accomplished scientist, an outstanding physician, and a valued member of the research community at the University of Michigan. Dr. Carol Bradford, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, presented Dr. Gudjonsson with a medallion to commemorate the occasion and celebrations continued with U-M colleagues, family and friends at the reception which followed.
