Kathy Lash, Radiation Oncology, retiring after 34 yrs
Kathy Lash, Director of Community Practice & Capital Projects, Department of Radiation Oncology, will be retiring Oct 31, 2017, after 34 dedicated years. Kathy’s contributions have been generous and substantive. Her career as a radiation therapist began in area hospitals before joining the University of Michigan in 1983 as a dosimetrist. Kathy’s roles at Michigan Medicine are many including Chief Technologist, Clinical Supervisor, Manager of Operations, Director of Operations, and her current role as Director of Community Practice. Radiation Oncology, and Michigan Medicine, has benefited greatly from Kathy’s leadership, experience, and inexhaustible belief we can continue to improve. Please join us in her retirement celebration Fri, Oct 27, from 2:30 – 4:30 pm in the Ford Auditorium Lobby. Remarks will be at 3:00 pm.
