Reminder: Independence Day parking, transit options

Remember, there will be some changes to the regular bus and parking customer service office schedule this week due to the Independence Day holiday.
Here’s what you need to know:
Monday, July 3
- U-M buses will run their normal schedules.
- The two parking customer services offices (located at UH South and 523 Division St.) will be open their regular hours (UH South, 7:30 a.m. until 3:45 p.m.; 523 S. Division St., 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.)
- Due to no bus service on July 4, Yellow AVI parkers may park in P3, P4 & P5 beginning Monday evening/night, as they would on weekends and holidays.
Tuesday, July 4
- There will be no U-M bus service.
- Both parking customer services offices will be closed.
- Orange Permit parkers and parkers without permits may park in the following areas, as they would on weekends (parkers must exit the following lots by 6 a.m. on Wednesday):
- M27 Lot: On Ann St. at Zina Pitcher Place, next to Ann St. Parking Structure
- M28 Lot: On Washington Heights near School of Public Health and Markley Hall
- M29 (“The Pit”) Lot: On Nichols Dr., below Survival Flight helipad
- Catherine St., Ann St. & Glen Ave. parking structures
Wednesday, July 5
- U-M buses will run their normal schedules.
- The two parking customer services offices will be open their regular hours
