You’re invited to upcoming Patient Experience Expo

All Michigan Medicine faculty, staff, patients and family members are invited to attend the Office of Patient Experience’s first Patient Experience Expo!

This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the array of services offered across Michigan Medicine to help improve the overall experience.

The expo will be held from noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21 in UH Dining Rooms C and D.

Attendees will find displays and information from Parking and Transportation, Gifts of Art, Child and Family Life, the Office of Patient Experience and other departments that have a direct impact on the patient experience. The event is also a great opportunity to build the culture of empathy at Michigan Medicine, as well as learn something new about a service, program or amenity available to patients and families. Attendees will also have the opportunity to win a $100 Amazon gift card!

When it comes to enhancing the patient experience, every employee in every department plays an integral role.
