Virtual summer camp provides real fun for kids
Are you looking for something fun and engaging for your kids to do this summer?
Sign them up for Camp Little Victors, a virtual summer camp for families looking for real fun while school is out!
For six weeks beginning July 10, thousands of participants receive a weekly email full of enjoyable summer ideas from the team at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. They then perform the activities at home and earn badges for completing each one.
From rainy day activities and kid-friendly recipes to summertime safety tips, each week’s activities are designed to help your family have a blast.
The camp includes activities in the following categories:
- Arts and crafts: Particpants will get creative while making a tissue box guitar and drip paint flower pot
- Fitness and motor skills: Children will perform animal crawls and other physical activities
- Food and recipes: Kids can learn how to make ice cream in a bag and frozen banana pops
- Science and math: The learning never stops, as campers find out the importance of cleaning your hands and get to go on a library scavenger hunt
The first 2,000 campers to sign up will receive a complimentary camp t-shirt! Shirts will be mailed at the end of camp, along with any badges your camper has earned.
Keep in mind, if you signed up last year, you are automatically signed up for this year’s program. Watch for an email inviting you to update your registration for your preferred camper shirt sizes.
