Don’t forget: Make your voice heard in all-staff climate survey

Today is your final day to help the university gauge diversity, equity and inclusion on campus!

It’s quick and easy — all you have to do is participate in the ongoing all-staff climate survey. The survey takes only about 15 minutes to complete and all responses are strictly confidential.

Currently, Michigan Medicine has had a 34 percent response rate, short of the overall goal of 75 percent. The organization needs your help to reach its mark and make this a more inclusive campus for all.

“We’re constantly looking for ways to make U-M better for everyone, so hearing directly from the staff about what impacts them is the best way to determine what we’re doing well and how we need to improve upon the things we’re not doing so well,” said Rob Sellers, the university’s chief diversity officer.

Staff members received a unique link from the third-party research firm SoundRocket with participation instructions along with a reminder email. Please note that the reminder email may have come from an individual, eg. Scott D. Crawford, as opposed to SoundRocket.

If you need assistance or an accommodation to complete the survey, email or call 734-527-2199.
