March is National Nutrition Month, and this year you are encouraged to make food choices that set you and your family up for a lifetime of health.

Stop by the Healthy Eating Tip displays at both University Hospital and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital throughout the month of March to learn about small changes to your diet and lifestyle will empower you to take charge of your health. Try a new recipe or take your dog for a hike or maybe even visit the farmer’s market with your kids! 

Handouts featured at the UH Cafeteria include:

  • Smart snacking with fruits and vegetables

  • Smart snacking for adults and teens

  • Breakfast is easy as 1,2,3

  • 17 health tips for 2017!

You can also enter for a chance to win a healthy lifestyle prize, which contains a tote bag, cutting board, jogger bottle and snap lid container!
