CBSSM seeks applicants for post-doctoral fellows

The Center for Bioethics and Social Sciences in Medicine — or CBSSM — is a multidisciplinary research unit sponsored by the U-M Medical School and the Ann Arbor Veterans Administration. The center is now accepting applications for Post-Doctoral Research Fellows in bioethics and/or health decision sciences.

Post-doctoral fellows are expected to collaborate on established projects and are encouraged to conduct independent research with an emphasis on study inception, manuscript writing and applying for grants.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and education. All requirements of the Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree must be completed before the fellowship can begin.

Candidates should submit a cover letter, including a detailed statement of research interests, a CV, and a writing sample by Friday, Jan. 13.
