Learn tips for healthy eating this holiday season

This December, there will be free education materials available for UMHS employees on the topic of healthy holiday eating for the entire family.

One display, located in the UH Cafeteria, includes materials focused toward children. The other display is located in the Cancer Center Nutrition Education Area on Floor B1 and provides educational materials geared toward adults.

Please visit the display areas to gain knowledge on how to help the whole family eat healthfully throughout the holiday season. Visitors to the various displays can also enter for a chance to win a special prize! In the UH Cafeteria, enter to win a festive peppermint shaped snow tube that is perfect for staying active during the snowy Michigan winters. At the Cancer Center display, enter to win a decorative serving dish, perfect for serving fresh fruits and vegetables and other healthy appetizers.
