Get moving, get fit, and relieve stress this fall! Registration is now open for more than 100 MHealthy exercise and relaxation classes. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics and much more are available.

Classes are open to U-M faculty, staff and the general public and run from Sept. 8 through Dec. 9. All classes are taught by certified instructors and are located at 26 different sites across the university, including University Hospital, NCRC and KMS.

New classes at NCRC! Trying something new keeps your workout fresh, motivating and allows you to train different muscle groups. Two new classes will be available this fall at NCRC:

  • Barre Fusion Class: Create strength, flexibility, and balance using elements of Pilates, ballet and athletic conditioning. Available Fridays at 11 a.m. or noon
  • Capoeira Class: Burn calories and strengthen your entire body using elements of dance and martial arts. Available Thursdays at 11 a.m.
