Learn about using Lean methodologies in patient education

All health system clinicians and staff are invited to attend the next Patient Education ForUM. The event will feature presentations focused on designing health information technologies to fit the needs of marginalized groups and using Lean methodologies to redesign cardiac surgery patient education.

The forum will take place on Wednesday Sept. 14, from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Rachel Upjohn Building Auditorium on the east medical campus. Employees can earn 1.25 contact hours for nursing by attending this event.
