MHealthy offers more than 100 classes, including favorites like yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning and step aerobics. If you’re looking to try something different, new classes like Cardio Hip Hop, Capoeira and Barre Fusion have been added for the fall.

Classes are taught by certified instructors and are held in more than 26 locations around campus, including University Hospital, KMS and NCRC. They are open to U-M faculty, staff, students and the general public (perfect if you want to join with a friend or family member!).
