New website highlights arts and culture at U-M

March 4, 2016  //  FOUND IN: Our Employees,

The university recently launched a new website with a variety of features that will serve as a gateway to U-M’s extensive arts and cultural offerings.

The University of Michigan has a rich history of supporting, creating and encouraging a culture of art. Along with the city of Ann Arbor, U-M offers a vast array of cultural attractions that enhance the lives of our students, alumni, faculty, staff and local and regional residents.

The campus alone has more than 20 libraries, several museums, more than a dozen art galleries and collections, many performing arts venues, a botanical garden and arboretum, public spaces, installations, performances and events, exhibitions, readings and recitations. Artists and performers from all over the world are featured on a regular basis as well.
