Winter MHealthy exercise and relaxation classes start this week

Register today for an MHealthy exercise and relaxation class and get moving, get energized, and relieve stress this winter! Choose from more than 100 classes, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics, and much more.

Classes are open to U-M faculty, staff and the general public and are for every level, from beginners to advance. The 15-week winter session runs January 7 – April 20, 2016.

All MHealthy classes are taught by certified instructors and are located at 26 different sites across the university, including the University Hospital, NCRC and KMS.
