Join an MHealthy exercise and relaxation class to get moving, get energized, and relieve stress this winter! Classes are open to U-M faculty, staff and the general public and are for every level, from beginners to advance. The 15-week winter session runs through April 20, 2016. Classes have already begun, but latecomers are welcome and fees will be prorated to reflect missed sessions.

Choose from a wide variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics, and much more. All MHealthy classes are taught by certified instructors and are located at 26 different sites across the university, including the University Hospital, NCRC and KMS.
