Man saved by U-M hand reattachment surgery

Robert Ruffer’s arm was hanging on by a thread of skin when he arrived at our hospital.

But today, he’s back to his job as a hairstylist after Dr. Kagan Ozer and the U-M team reconstructed his arm and reattached his hand.
