Improvements in Clinical Trial infrastructure better supports research

Clinical trials research is an essential responsibility of our academic medical center. Patients and their families depend on us to move scientific discoveries from the lab to the clinic to enhance treatment options, health outcomes and clinical value. We recently made significant investments to transform our clinical trial infrastructure. In the video below, Senior Associate Dean Kunkel describes the collaborative system – with clinical service nodes and central administrative functions – that is being implemented to better support clinical trials and clinical researchers across our institution.
