Win free hockey tix when you get your flu shot

Need another reason to get your flu shot? Now you can enter for a chance to win U-M hockey tickets if you get vaccinated before Oct. 25 at the free UH South clinic.

Make sure to have your UMHS ID badge and medical record number (MRN) ready when you arrive. You’ll get a sticker for your employee ID badge after getting vaccinated. If you don’t have an MRN or aren’t sure, call UMHS Registration at 734-936-4990.

Deadline: Get your flu vaccine or approved exemption by Dec. 1, 2015.
