One Sept.18, jumpstart your morning with MHealthy! Participate in a one-mile walk/run or a three-mile run and go into the rest of your workday focused and energized. The event takes place from 7 – 8:30 a.m. at Nichols Arboretum (starting line is at the Pit Entrance to the Arb). View map of the walk/run.
Attendance at this event also qualifies benefits-eligible faculty and staff for the MHealthy Grand Prize Drawing. Six will win $500 to use toward supporting their healthy behaviors.
