Test your summer alcohol I.Q. to win a $10 gift card

In the United States, a “standard” size alcoholic drink is any drink that contains about 14 grams of “pure” alcohol. However, even with the best intentions, making responsible decisions about alcohol can be a challenge since it’s not always easy to know what’s in your drink.

Take the Summer Alcohol I.Q. Challenge, a five-question quiz that only takes a few minutes to complete. You might be surprised to learn how much alcohol is actually in your cocktail or that the mixer you use can have an impact on your blood alcohol content level (BAC).

U-M faculty or staff who take the challenge by July 31 can enter a drawing for a chance to win one of five $10 Amazon gift cards.

The MHealthy Alcohol Management Program also provides a number of other resources to help raise your awareness about drinking this summer. Use them to keep track of your drinking, practice safer drinking habits, and discover some delicious alternatives to alcohol.
