Attend an MHealthy exercise class for free this week
This week, anyone interested in trying out a 100-level MHealthy class before registering can attend for free.
The schedule for fall 2015 exercise & relaxation classes is now available and includes more than 100 classes for U-M faculty and staff, and the general public (perfect if you want to join with a friend or family member). Registration opens Aug. 3. Classes run Sept. 10 – Dec. 18, 2015.
As space is limited and popular classes fill up fast, register early to get the best selection. Classes include yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics and much more. All are taught by certified instructors and are located in more than 26 locations around campus, including the University Hospital, NCRC and KMS.
