Sign up for an MHealthy exercise and relaxation class this spring
Registration is now open for more than 100 exercise and relaxation classes that will help you get moving, get fit and relieve stress this spring and summer. Classes are open to U-M faculty, staff and the general public and are for every level, from beginners to advance. The 15-week spring/summer session runs May 7 – August 19, 2015.
Choose from a wide variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics and much more. All MHealthy classes are taught by certified instructors and are located at 26 different sites across the university, including the University Hospital, NCRC and KMS.
