Get moving, get outdoors, and relieve stress when you join the Walk, Run, Roll Club. This 14-week program encourages you to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week and track your activity on MHealthy’s Summer Tracker. Meet this goal each week and you’ll not only feel better but also be entered into a drawing to win cool MHealthy prizes!

Bonus: Each month, walk, run or wheel around your campus to a prearranged U-M landmark. Send us a selfie at the landmark to earn extra entries into the prize drawing!  Anyone with mobility impairments is encouraged to contact MHealthy for assistance.
