Join an MHealthy exercise and relaxation class to get moving, get fit, and relieve stress this spring and summer! Classes are open to U-M faculty, staff and the general public and are for every level, from beginners to advance. The 15-week spring/summer session runs through August 19. Classes have already begun but latecomers are welcome and fees will be prorated to reflect missed sessions.

Choose from a wide variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics, and much more. All MHealthy classes are taught by certified instructors and are located at 26 different sites across the university, including the University Hospital, NCRC and KMS.
