Get moving and challenge yourself to reach at least 250,000 steps over this six-week program. Set up your own Fitbit® to automatically sync to Staywell’s Step It Up! program. If you own a different wearable tracker or a pedometer, you can manually enter your steps.

Bonus: Step It Up! qualifies for MHealthy Rewards.Benefits-eligible faculty and staff who did not take the health questionnaire can get started here – complete by May 12 to get a health report and $50. If you complete Step It Up!, you could get another $50.

The program runs May 12 – June 22.

Track online with the Walk, Run, Roll Club

Get moving, get outdoors, and relieve stress when you join the Walk, Run, Roll Club. This 14-week program encourages you to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week and track your activity on MHealthy’s Summer Tracker. Meet this goal each week and you’ll not only feel better but also be entered into a drawing to win cool MHealthy prizes.

Bonus: Each month, walk, run or wheel around your campus to a prearranged U-M landmark. Send us a selfie at the landmark to earn extra entries into the prize drawing.  Anyone with mobility impairments is encouraged to contact MHealthy for assistance.

Register for the Walk, Run, Roll Club by May 29. Program runs May 4 – August 14.
