Try today’s MHealthy $1 off Monday food item

Every Monday in March, get $1 off delicious and nutritious sandwiches, pastas, salads and more. All food items are MHealthy-approved and include a free bottle of water. A different item is featured every Monday.

Today, March 23 $1 off items include:

• Get Away ‘n Play Café (located in the Children & Women’s Hospital): Chicken Club Wrap
• Atrium Healthy Heart Café (located in the CVC): Tuna Salad Pita Pocket
• Nick’s Café (located in the NIB):  Dearborn Ham Tweener

Selected foods meet the MHealthy Nutrition Guidelines, which were created by a team of registered dietitians at U-M and emphasize whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans, lean protein, low fat dairy and healthy fats.
