Attend an MHealthy exercise class free this week

During the week of March 30, anyone interested in trying out an MHealthy exercise and relaxation class before registering can attend any100-level class for free.

The schedule for spring/summer 2015 exercise and relaxation classes is now available and includes more than 100 classes for U-M faculty and staff, and the general public (perfect if you want to join with a friend or family member!). Registration opens on April 6.

Classes run for 15 weeks, May 7 – August 19, 2015, and include yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics and much more. All classes are taught by certified instructors and are located in more than 26 locations around campus, including the University Hospital, NCRC and KMS. 

U-M employees receive a $10 discount per class (spinning and 15-Visit Punch Cards are not included).
